Training and Education

Seminars and Workshops

A QUARTER BLUE's Education & Training Services offers  prevention and healing seminars for all ages, professions, and cultures.  Training and motivational seminars have taken place with preschoolers, parents, police officers, and more, primarily in Orange County.  At the same time, seminars have also been given at national conventions, including: SADD, PTA, Fraternal Order of Police.  Professionals, parents, and students have also become better equipped in Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and India.

“AQB has been an invaluable resource for Gang Reduction Intervention Partnership…The response from principals & parents arising from your presentations throughout the county and the resources you provide has been tremendous. “

Tamika Williams, Deputy District Attorney

“Having Martha (AQB’s Founder, Executive Director) present during our training and participating as an evaluator provided great insight and information for our officers. With your assistance and knowledge, we were able to examine and re-evaluate our tactics and techniques when conducting an interview or interrogation. Additionally, your insight will have a major impact on how we respond and handle these types of calls for service on a regular basis.”

– Sergeant Daniel Romo, Acting Watch Commander, Los Angeles Airport Police

“Eye opening, informative, engaging, and absolutely amazing.”

– Children Network San Bernardino

“By far the best presentation I have attended these two days! So informative! Very real discussion.”

– Children Network San Bernardino

“My training at AQB helped to give me hands on experience in providing a safe place and a caring process of healing for those who have experienced difficult traumas in their lives. I gained insight and appreciation for the use of art in therapy and other creative therapeutic techniques. I witnessed the impact that these unique methods can have on individuals in their healing process. I’m very grateful for my training at AQB.”
